These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of games, applications, software, websites and digital services developed, published or operated by IOG Forge.
Throughout these Terms, "IOG Forge", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the IOG Forge studio and its operating business, Inside Out Gear.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the relevant product or service.
2. Our Products and Services
These Terms apply to products and services published or operated under the IOG Forge brand, including:
- Mobile, desktop and other video games.
- Mobile and desktop software applications.
- Digital wallpapers and creative applications.
- Interactive experiences and digital entertainment.
- Software utilities, tools and productivity applications.
- Websites, online services and related platforms.
- Online accounts, leaderboards, achievements and gaming services.
- Digital downloads, purchases and subscriptions.
- Beta software, testing releases and early access projects.
- Future software and gaming projects developed by IOG Forge.
Individual products may have additional terms, notices or licensing requirements.
Where additional product terms apply, they supplement these Terms and must remain consistent with applicable law.
3. Software Licensing and Usage
Unless otherwise specified, IOG Forge grants users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to install and use our software for its intended purposes.
Our products are licensed for use rather than sold with unrestricted ownership rights over their underlying software or creative assets.
Users must not:
- Redistribute or commercially resell our software without permission.
- Claim ownership of our software, source code or creative assets.
- Circumvent security or licensing systems unlawfully.
- Modify or exploit our software for unlawful purposes.
- Distribute malicious or unauthorised modified versions of our applications.
- Interfere with our servers, online services or other users.
- Access restricted systems, accounts or data without authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms limits activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
Certain products or components may be distributed under separate licences, including open source licences. Those licences take precedence for the relevant components.
4. Intellectual Property and Creative Content
IOG Forge develops and publishes original software, games, artwork and other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property within our products is owned by or licensed to Inside Out Gear for use under the IOG Forge brand.
This may include:
- Game concepts, gameplay systems and original characters.
- Software applications and source code.
- Game artwork, models, animations and visual assets.
- Music, sound effects and other audio content.
- Wallpapers, illustrations and digital imagery.
- Logos, branding and website content.
- Documentation, designs and supporting materials.
Downloading or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.
Users receive the rights expressly provided by the applicable product licence.
Digital artwork and wallpapers
Artwork and wallpapers supplied through IOG Forge applications are generally licensed for personal use unless otherwise specified.
Users may display licensed wallpapers on their own devices.
Commercial redistribution, resale or unauthorised reproduction is not permitted unless expressly authorised.
Some artwork may be subject to additional licensing conditions.
Third party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
User created content
Where our software allows users to create, upload or share their own content, users retain ownership of their original work.
Users grant IOG Forge a limited licence to process, store and display submitted content where reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the user's original content.
5. Games, Gameplay and Player Conduct
IOG Forge games may include leaderboards, challenges, achievements, unlockable content, rewards, virtual items and other interactive features.
These features are provided for entertainment and may evolve throughout the product's development.
We may adjust gameplay mechanics, difficulty, scoring systems and reward structures for legitimate balancing, security and development purposes.
Where practical, we aim to preserve legitimate player progress.
Fair play
Players must not:
- Cheat or manipulate gameplay results.
- Submit fraudulent leaderboard scores.
- Exploit bugs to gain unfair competitive advantages.
- Use unauthorised automation to manipulate competitive systems.
- Interfere with other players or online gaming services.
- Circumvent security or integrity controls.
We may remove invalid scores, restrict competitive features or suspend access where reasonably necessary to maintain fairness.
Users may contact our support team to request a review of account or leaderboard restrictions.
6. Advertising and Rewarded Content
Some IOG Forge games and applications may contain advertising.
Advertising helps support ongoing development, maintenance and future projects.
Certain products may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide additional gameplay opportunities, virtual rewards or other benefits.
Watching advertisements for optional rewards or retries is voluntary. Core gameplay does not require viewing rewarded advertisements.
The availability of advertising depends on third party advertising providers, network connectivity, device compatibility and individual device configurations.
Advertisement availability may be affected by private DNS, network filtering, content blockers, privacy settings or other device configurations. Optional rewards may be unavailable when an advertisement cannot be loaded or verified.
Users are not required to disable device security or privacy protections to access the core functionality of our products.
Rewards are generally granted after successful completion and verification of the relevant advertisement.
If a reward is not delivered as described, users may contact IOG Forge support.
Advertising services may be modified or discontinued, subject to applicable consumer rights.
7. Virtual Items and In Game Rewards
IOG Forge products may include virtual items, cosmetic items, rewards, unlocks, virtual currency and other digital content. These may be obtained through gameplay, purchases, promotional activities or optional rewarded advertisements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items are licensed for personal use within the relevant product. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, have no redeemable cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred between users or products.
We may modify, rebalance, replace or discontinue virtual items where reasonably necessary for gameplay balance, technical maintenance, security or ongoing development.
Items, progress or entitlements may become unavailable if a product or online service is discontinued, account data is deleted or access is lawfully terminated. Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice of material changes affecting purchased content and consider reasonable alternatives or remedies.
Free or earned rewards are distinct from purchased digital content and entitlements. Purchased content and entitlements remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights or remedies.
8. Purchases, Payments and Subscriptions
Some IOG Forge products may be offered free of charge, through a one time purchase, with optional purchases or through subscriptions.
Applicable prices and payment conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Transactions processed by third party platforms, including Google Play, may also be subject to those platforms' payment conditions.
Where subscriptions are offered, renewal conditions, billing periods and cancellation processes will be disclosed before purchase.
Users may cancel subscriptions through the relevant purchase platform or provided cancellation process.
Refund requests
For purchases made through Google Play or another third party distribution or payment platform, the normal first step is to request a refund through the platform that processed the original transaction, using its applicable refund request procedure.
Where a purchase platform handles payment processing or refund administration, its procedures may apply. If you experience difficulty with a refund request or believe a product does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may also contact IOG Forge for assistance. We will consider our responsibilities under applicable law and assist with an appropriate resolution where required.
Platform refund procedures and policies do not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Rights
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. User Accounts and Online Gaming Services
Some IOG Forge products may support user accounts, online profiles, leaderboards, cloud synchronisation or connected gaming features.
These services may be provided directly by IOG Forge or through authorised third party platforms.
Users are responsible for protecting credentials under their control.
Online features may require an internet connection and access to supported third party services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraudulent activity, serious violations of these Terms, security threats or unlawful conduct.
Where appropriate, affected users may request a review.
Users may request account deletion using the methods provided in the relevant application or Privacy Policy.
10. Leaderboards and Player Profiles
Our games may display player names, scores, rankings and achievements publicly.
By participating in public gaming features, users acknowledge that information they choose to publish may be visible to other players.
Player names and profile information must not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful or harassing content.
We reserve the right to moderate inappropriate player names, remove fraudulent scores and address abuse of competitive systems.
Leaderboard results and online achievements may be affected by technical issues, software updates or changes to supported services.
We will take reasonable care when operating these features, subject to applicable consumer guarantees.
11. Beta Testing and Development Releases
IOG Forge may distribute experimental, preview, beta or early access versions of software and games.
These releases may contain incomplete features, defects, compatibility limitations or experimental functionality.
Testing participants acknowledge that development builds may differ significantly from final releases.
Game progress, test accounts or experimental data may occasionally be reset during development.
We will make reasonable efforts to identify significant known limitations and communicate material changes.
Participation in testing is voluntary.
Nothing in this section removes statutory rights that apply to software supplied during testing.
12. Software Updates and Compatibility
IOG Forge may release updates to improve performance, functionality, security, accessibility and compatibility.
Updates may also introduce new features, revise existing functionality or address technical issues.
Some products may require particular hardware, operating systems, internet connectivity or permissions.
We cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility with every device or operating system.
Where practical, we will communicate significant changes affecting existing users.
Security updates and urgent technical fixes may be implemented without advance notice where reasonably necessary.
Any changes to paid functionality remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
13. Third Party Platforms and Services
IOG Forge products may integrate with external services, including:
- Google Play and other application distribution platforms.
- Advertising networks and reward verification services.
- Gaming account and leaderboard providers.
- Payment processing services.
- Cloud infrastructure and content delivery providers.
- Analytics, diagnostics and crash reporting services.
- Authentication and account management providers.
These providers may operate under separate terms and privacy policies.
IOG Forge is not responsible for independent third party services outside its reasonable control.
However, nothing in this section excludes legal responsibilities we have for products or services that we supply.
Third party integrations may change or become unavailable.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain essential integrations where practical.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
IOG Forge respects user privacy and aims to handle personal information responsibly.
Our collection, processing, storage and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable product specific privacy notices.
These documents explain:
- What personal information may be collected.
- Why information is collected.
- How information is used and protected.
- Whether information is shared with service providers.
- How users can request access, correction or deletion.
- How privacy concerns can be reported.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Privacy Policy: https://iogforge.com/privacy/
The website Privacy Policy covers iogforge.com. Refer to the relevant product specific privacy notice for information about a game or application.
15. Community Standards and Acceptable Use
We want IOG Forge games and online services to remain enjoyable and accessible.
Where community or multiplayer features are available, users must not engage in:
- Harassment, bullying or threats.
- Hate speech or unlawful discrimination.
- Fraud, impersonation or scams.
- Distribution of malware or harmful content.
- Unauthorised publication of private information.
- Deliberate interference with online services.
- Other unlawful activities.
We may remove inappropriate content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain service integrity or comply with legal requirements.
Suspected violations may be reported through our official support channels.
16. Age Ratings and Younger Players
Individual IOG Forge products may carry different content ratings and age recommendations depending on their features and intended audiences.
Users are responsible for checking and complying with laws, age requirements and platform conditions applicable to them in their country or region when using our products or associated external services. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors under their care and deciding whether particular games, applications, online features and community services are appropriate for them.
Some activities may involve third party services such as Google Play, gaming networks, Discord or social media platforms. These services have their own terms, privacy policies, age restrictions and eligibility requirements. Users must not bypass applicable platform restrictions or parental controls.
Discord and community participation
The official IOG Forge Discord community is optional and provided for community discussions, product feedback and development or testing coordination. Joining Discord is not required to purchase, install or use the normal and full released functionality of IOG Forge products. Anyone choosing to participate must meet Discord's applicable account age requirements and follow its rules and our community standards.
Testing activities
Some voluntary internal, preview or community testing programmes may use Discord or other external communication and testing services. A testing programme may have separate eligibility or access requirements. These arrangements do not make Discord mandatory for ordinary use of released products.
We do not encourage circumvention of laws or platform requirements. Nothing in this section transfers or limits legal duties that apply directly to IOG Forge, including applicable privacy, advertising, consumer protection and child safety obligations.
17. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable software and online services.
However, interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, internet connectivity problems or changes to external platforms.
We may temporarily restrict services where reasonably necessary to maintain security or stability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of free online features.
Where service interruptions affect paid products, applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
18. Security and Responsible Disclosure
IOG Forge takes reasonable steps to protect its software, infrastructure and users.
We encourage responsible reporting of suspected vulnerabilities.
Security issues may be reported through our official support contact.
Users must not exploit vulnerabilities to access unauthorised information, disrupt services or compromise other users.
Responsible reporting does not grant permission to access systems or data without authorisation.
We will assess legitimate security reports in good faith.
19. Feedback and Product Suggestions
We welcome player feedback, bug reports and ideas for improving our games and software.
Users who voluntarily submit feedback grant IOG Forge permission to review and use that feedback for product development.
We may incorporate suggestions into future products without payment or attribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This does not transfer ownership of independently created intellectual property that users have not authorised us to use.
Users should avoid submitting confidential information or third party intellectual property without appropriate permission.
20. Product Changes and Discontinuation
As an independent development studio, IOG Forge may modify, replace, retire or discontinue products and online services.
Reasons may include security requirements, technical limitations, platform changes, development priorities or legitimate business considerations.
Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice of significant service discontinuations.
We will consider the effect on existing users, purchased products and digital entitlements.
Discontinuation does not remove applicable consumer rights or statutory remedies.
Where practical, we may provide alternatives, data export options or continued offline functionality.
21. Consumer Guarantees and Disclaimers
IOG Forge makes reasonable efforts to deliver functional, secure and reliable software.
Like other software products, our games and applications may occasionally contain defects or experience technical interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every product will operate without interruption or remain compatible with every possible hardware and software configuration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, consumers may be entitled to remedies for products or services that fail to meet statutory guarantees.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IOG Forge and its operating business, Inside Out Gear, are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside their reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Statutory consumer guarantees.
- Fraud or wilful misconduct.
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important data where our software supports local storage or export functionality.
23. Suspension and Termination
Users may discontinue using IOG Forge products at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to online services where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
- Abuse of gaming or online systems.
- Significant security risks.
- Legal or regulatory obligations.
- Legitimate discontinuation of a service.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not remove accrued rights, valid refund entitlements or obligations that survive termination under applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
IOG Forge may update these Terms to reflect changes to its products, services, business operations or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on the IOG Forge website with its revision date.
Where changes materially affect existing users, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or remedies.
Where additional consent is legally required, we will seek that consent.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections and other mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms prevents users from exercising consumer rights available under applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints and work towards appropriate resolutions.
Please include the relevant product name and a description of the issue.
Where applicable, users retain the right to seek assistance from consumer protection agencies or other appropriate authorities.
27. General Provisions
If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not establish a partnership, employment or agency relationship between IOG Forge and its users.
These Terms operate alongside applicable product notices, software licences, platform conditions and mandatory legal requirements.
